Grant of Options

Safestyle UK plc, the leading retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors to the UK homeowner market, announces the granting of awards under the Safestyle UK plc 2017 Performance Share Plan ("PSP"), to certain Executive Directors of the Company.

On 18 June 2018, the Company granted to Mike Gallacher (Chief Executive Officer) and Giles Richell (Chief Operating Officer) an aggregate of 1,083,333 nil-cost options over ordinary shares in the Company (the "Options") pursuant to the PSP, subject to performance criteria, as follows:

The Options are subject to the achievement of performance conditions and vest over a period of three years from the date of grant.

The Options are equivalent to 1.3 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital. In total 2,679,527 Options are now outstanding, representing approximately 3.2 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital. The total number of Ordinary Shares currently in issue is 82,789,083.

In addition, the Company also announces that, as announced on 22 March 2018, Robert ("Rob") Neale will join the Board as Chief Financial Officer effective no later than 16 July 2018. Conditional on formally joining, Rob will be awarded 350,000 nil-cost options over ordinary shares in the Company, on the same basis as Mike Gallacher and Giles Richell. A further announcement will be made in due course.
