22/5/2018 22:23 | Need to consider the costs if this is defended and drags on...... | pictureframe
22/5/2018 22:15 | Classic stuff 'bigchipflop' - I assume from your posts that you are personally 'in the dock' for these charges? "it can't be burglary because they left their windows open" is not IME a great defence. I still have no position here, as there are is too little clarity, but if this is true and if safeglaze get wound up that would be a massive positive. | kazoom
21/5/2018 18:08 | Excellent. I think they have a good chance. It cannot / should not be legal to rip-off your former employer using a similar brand name in this way. They should not be allowed to get away with it. The “Safe” in Safeglaze is quite clearly a ride on the Safestyle brand. It also seems to imply that Safeglaze have been using confidential information to their benefit. This implies, what has been mentioned on this thread, that sales teams have allegedly been working the Safestyle customer lists as if they were still at Safestyle. It’s about time they fought back. This could finish off Safeglaze as you could be talking tens of millions if they lose to Safestyle. Why it’s taken so long is the question that needs answering, but maybe the new team have a different view. | topvest
21/5/2018 14:35 | Action being taken against Safeglaze. I don't hold Safestyle but good, I hope they win. | salchow
08/5/2018 15:53 | Joe Say - I don't know if you think I live on a different planet where appointments are confirmed but I would certainly confirm if I were visiting someone. However, I certainly have no agenda. I do not hold Safestyle and would not buy them. I did hold a substantial number from soon after flotation but got out more on the way back down than at the top. So I still retain a general interest in what happens. Maybe the new directors will be able to stop the slide but I would be looking for some chart confirmation before even thinking about it again. | salchow
08/5/2018 14:51 | Your point?? | shaker44
08/5/2018 14:11 | shaker44 - 05 Jan 2018 - 08:40:30 - 804 of 971 Safestyle - SFE I agree fill. And the share price is remarkably resilient after news of this sale and investors chronicles sell recommendation. I believe the market badly over reacted to the miniscule miss reported in the last rns. SFE price was approx £1.67 when you posted the above. | essentialinvestor
08/5/2018 13:59 | Yes I agree the agenda of some posters on here is different to mine | shaker44
08/5/2018 13:33 | You must live on a different planet gents Or have a different agenda But ultimately its the vast majority of would be customers that will decide - and the current trend would suggest your views/approach is not wanted by them | joe say
08/5/2018 12:44 | I agree with shaker44. Without fail our doctor, dentist, optician and decent restaurants all re-confirm a day before. Clearly people are so unreliable nowadays that re-confirmation is essential. In fact, thinking about it, even Ocado, the alarm maintenance people, central heating maintenance all call in advance of their arrival. What I would say in this case is that having failed to make contact the first time they should have rung again nearer the appointment time. | salchow
04/5/2018 08:08 | Dentist, doctor, business appointments.just those that experience shows are necessary. Not a big deal and better than wasted trip, no shows etc. You will know that many restaurants phone now, to check no shows | shaker44
04/5/2018 08:07 | Dentist, doctor, business appointments.just those that experience shows are necessary. Not a big deal and better than wasted trip, no shows etc. You will know that many restaurants phone now, to check no shows | shaker44
04/5/2018 07:52 | I'm with NTV but out of interest I wonder how many other appointments shaker re-confirms Ridiculous argument proffered | joe say
03/5/2018 21:47 | shacker44 could be a perfectly good argument but i could have answered and still gone out and wasted their time so them phoning first makes no difference if you don't turn up, you can't quote so you can't win a potential contract their loss not mine | ntv
03/5/2018 19:39 | Seems pretty normal to me. You didn't hear your phone. I guess they get a lot of timewasters | shaker44 |
