Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

The Company announces that it was notified on 4 October 2022 that a nominee account held on behalf of Frederic Vecchioli, a director/ person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR'), and his wife, Laetitia Vecchioli, a person closely associated ('PCA') with him, purchased ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company.
