Safestore Holdings plc (the Company)

Grant of 2022 Sharesave Options and PDMR Dealings

The Company announces that options were granted on 22 August 2022 over a total of 94,346 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company under the Safestore Holdings plc Sharesave (Sharesave) scheme (Sharesave Options). The Sharesave Options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the Sharesave scheme, of GBP8.96 and vest in 2025.

Frederic Vecchioli, Chief Executive Officer and Andy Jones, Chief Financial Officer and directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMRs) of the Company, elected to participate in the 2022 Sharesave scheme and were each granted 2,008 Sharesave Options.
