Horrid spread, but have just added (15,881 shs). I just can't see where further downside will come from (but am sure something/someone can prove me wrong...)

Looks like the seller is cleared. (Shares traded yesterday at 40/41p. Today the cheapest offer is 44

I like what I read about this share and feel they have a good product. I've not invested yet - the shares seem quite cheap. When cash becomes available i'll dip my toe in.

I have been buying & buying but my average cost is still .5125 or 20% higher than the current share price.

Good idea. I hope to try Holland Park but I plan to go to the one in Edinburgh in the spring. Bought another 10k at .385p

I plan to stay at one of the properties next month, prior to any material investment, but looks like a good opportunity.

It very simple maths at the moment.

The mcap is £13m

The debt is £17m

The assets are worth £45m.

Accounting increases the debt by virtue of the Holland Park lease.

So assuming I am right and I bought more shares today at .38p you can buy £45m of assets for £30m.

Oh dear my 55p is looking a bit sore (for histories sake the share is now 37p bid 41p offered). I am going to have to wait now till (hopefully) it turns.

I have continued buying and my average price is now 55p.
For less than £14m you are getting a lot of beds ( and a bit of debt!)

My soliloquy (as a poster on another site refers to my continuing prattle)goes on!
I bought a lot more shares yesterday. Today we have good news on the elephant and castle front. The shares are now at their all time low. Yes they could fall further but the nav of 58 p means they are unlikely to go below 35p. I bought at just over 42 p. That's one third cheaper than last years fund raising

Well the rns came out. Business growth fund Plc are now substantial shareholders. I hope in funding this they don't get into convertibles. Google them. They have an interesting portfolio
I fail to see why standard life would bail at this stage. When you invest in property (like a good Bordeaux) you have to let it mature

What I would describe as fair results.
So it's just a game as to what Larry buys next. Nav of 58 p gives a measure of support

Share price keeps falling. If Larry has bought something else (we'll know next week) we will probably have another fund raise. That could explain it. The results have to be good and it has to be throwing off cash now

Price is (even after today's rise) c. 10% below NAV. Hmmmmm......
