Safeland announces that on 9 November 2018 it purchased 75,285 ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 45p per share for cancellation.

Following the purchase and cancellation of the above shares, and in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), the Company's issued share capital will comprise 14,782,095 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares"). The above figure of 14,782,095 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTR.
