The small cap market is very poor at the moment, weak holders selling because others are selling.


I wonder what the excuse for the overall market fall, maybe its the bank of England has broke wind ? or something of that magnitude, it normally is.

Why do upgrades cause an share price to drop? And why do downgrades cause an share price to drop?

This spells like a drop to clear out some stop losses and to get a buyer access to cheap shares.Can she this jumping up and past recent highs.Looking at an entry price

Excellent - Berenberg have today initiated coverage with a Buy and a 350p target price:



I suspect they've left themselves room for further increases in the target price at a later date.

Continuing to look good here.

One day we'll hopefully wake up to news of an acquisition from the $113m cash pile and the current share price will be left in the dust.

New highs here with a steady climb continuing. And sells being nicely absorbed too, with a £28k sell today achieving a premium over the bid price, which hopefully suggests continuing demand and more to come.

I wouldn't be surprised to see this taken-over soon, i've already got another company (ALD) that's had a bid.


Extremely encouraging to see that 41.5 k buy, at £3.11 just before the bell.

Much more likely to be taken over than buy someone else (unless it is another small addon).

The market knows there are few quality assets in this space left - they also know the majority shareholder may be looking to sell this on (to concentrate on other things).

The sharks are circling (private equity also I suspect).

Lovely move up whilst I've been on hols. Agreed igoe - a decent acquisition would probably push the price up another 75p-100p at a stroke.
