Exercise of Options

SafeCharge (AIM: SCH), a leader in advanced payment technologies, announces that David Avgi, Chief Executive Officer, has today exercised options over 3,995,185 ordinary shares in the Company (of which 1,000,000 at a price of 121.0 pence per share and 2,995,185* at a price of 225.5 pence per share). These options were granted under the Company's 2011 Global Share Option Plan. These shares were immediately sold at 325.0 pence per share.

David Avgi's holding in the Company remains unchanged, with an interest in 3,374,111** ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 2.2% of the total number of voting rights in the Company.

* These options have been granted to Foxberry Limited. Foxberry Limited is ultimately owned by a trust, the beneficiary of which is David Avgi.

** Including 374,111 shares held by Foxberry Limited.
