so what is still required:

1) the announcement of a CEO
2) the financial Results ended 28 feb 2013 - this is whats probably holding up news at the moment along with the gariloch and EER debacle.

I am curious though about the short muller had on SAC Explained as an administrative error, which I don't believe for a second, stayed short because he couldnt close it due to the companys suspension.

Also we retained our 3 vice presidents so there are in effect 7 directors on this board. Do hope to see things resolved soon.

With the possibility that EERS 20% of opl 233 to be returned to sacoil I would of thought sac would be able to find a taker for what could be a very valuable percentage.Glencore is active in the area with a recent deal done with Sirius petroleum and the amounts that sac would ask would be insignificant to a company with Glencores clout.The delay in relisting I ho could be seen as a positive as the new board will be active trying to sort out the funding issues before relist .The assets are clearly valuable and the potential is huge if we had a board that had the influence and desire to push sacoil forward.

Sort of got the feeling this is gonna be a long wait now. Have to see if anything of the holding will be recoverable.

Sort of expecting to lose the lot, so anything back Is a bonus.

Any rumours bounding about?

Bronislav, your optimism is admirable.

Truth of the matter is, until we see an RNS regarding funding/debt then we are all in the dark.

Personally, I suspected massive dilution but if you can lock SAC away for a few months it might not be that bad after all.

Just glad they got shut of the vultures.

Quite optimistic that once the debt situation is resolved we can finally get down to the job of developing the nigerian assets ,obviously opl281 still needs finalising but the chevron seismic on opl233 will imho have been analysed and the results will be in SACOILS possession.If we are sitting on some serious asset based on this new analysis then the funding issues should be relatively easy to sort out .Risky ,I know ,but my opinion is it is less risky now we have the new faces on board.Total have given us free carry on the Congo asset which could be massive ,and we don't need to commit i believe,until it is proved up.Malawi and Botswana are a way off yet but who knows what partners may b out there looking for a jv.Hopefully news soon on lifting of suspension.

I bought into paternoster for the medium term as I have stated on numerous occasions ,you pumped the hell out of it sold at circa .8 and then changed sentiment hoping to get back in at a lower price ,it backfired because its up and away probably in expectation of the bison float coming up .You bought in asta ,pumped it again and unfortunately for you it dropped ....For the benefit of others on this thread I will leave you to it and let them form their own opinion of you but going of liquid millionaires assessment of you I doubt you will be on many Christmas card lists .good luck .

RG ..I think you may have serious issues with your anger.I am guessing I have hit a nerve.You suddenly posting here suggests you have an agenda ,most looking in will see what you are up to ,good luck because going off asta and prs you will need it.Lets remember that your expectations of this company are rock bottom which will make it so much harder for you when you buy in ,when it relists, and you miraculously change sentiment .we can then remind you of today's and yesterday's posts..

RG. You seem very interested in this company,I assume you are not a holder of shares so why all the concern .Everyone has reason attached to their actions ,any chance of enlightening us.
