Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 21 May 2021 that Catherine Barton, Non-executive Director, purchased 343 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.001 each in the capital of the Company respectively on 21 May 2021 below at an average price of 261.17 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction"). The Transaction was funded through the reinvestment of the 2020 special and final dividend proceeds that Ms Barton received in respect of her shareholding in the Company.
