Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 23 April 2019 that Trevor Webb, Claims Director, transferred 375,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company on 23 April 2019 to his spouse, Mrs K Webb.

Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Webb continue to hold 1,545,372 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.62 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
