Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 10 April 2019 that Geoff Carter, Chief Executive Officer, Adam Westwood, Chief Financial Officer, and Trevor Webb, Claims Director, sold a total of 1,030,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company on 10 April 2019 at an average price of 288.00 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").
