Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 15 October 2018 that James Ockenden, Chief Actuary, sold 982,686 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company on 15 October 2018 at an average price of 259.02 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").

Following the transaction, Mr Ockenden holds 982,686 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.39 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and will retain approximately 50% of his original holding in the Company following the IPO.
