Three Investors Build Combined 34% Stake In Sabien Technology (ALLISS) LONDON
LONDON (Alliance News) - Energy saving technology provider Sabien Technology Group PLC said Monday a trio of investors build large stakes in the firm in separate transactions on Friday.

Chris Akers - a serial investor - built a 100.0 million share stake in Sabien, representing a 17% stake in the 590.3 million shares outstanding.

Dewscope Ltd held 75.0 million shares in Sabien, equivalent to a 13% stake.

Finally, Brendan Adams held a 4.2% stake in Sabien with 25.0 million shares in the firm.

The only people left holding shares are the institutions. Anyone who held any shares must be diluted so much that a £10k holding is now probably only worth £100.

Board Changes

Immediately following the General Meeting, Mr John Taylor has been appointed to the Board as an Interim Non-Executive Chairman. The Board anticipates making additional new Board appointments in due course. Mr Bruce Gordon has stepped down from the Board of the Company with immediate effect to focus on other business ventures. The Board would like to thank Mr Gordon for his contribution to the Company over the years would like to wish him every success in his future endeavours.

Another thought for the day.

When energy prices are going through the roof, and everyone is looking to reduce their energy consumption.

Why is a company that makes a product that purports to reduce gas consumption not making any money? And hasn't done ever!

A. No one has any money to spend?
B. Brexit?
C. The product doesn't work?
D. Something else?
