S&U were advised on 19 December 2016 that Jennifer Coombs has today transferred 250,000 shares to Fiann Coombs at nil cost and 250,000 shares to another family member also at nil cost.

Following this transfer, the holding of Jennifer Coombs is 1,855,698 Ordinary Shares representing 15.5% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Following this transfer, the holding of Fiann Coombs who is a non-executive director of S&U is 283,550 Ordinary Shares representing 2.4% of the total voting rights of the Company.
