Apologies, you need to divide that 10% by 1.5 as the acquisition is 70 US Dollars. As they say, DYOR!

By my reckoning RWS has been trading on 15x 2015 EBITDA. So if the enlarged group were to trade on the same multiple of EBITDA that would suggest a 10% enhancement to the share price. Given that this is clearly a compatible business you might want to add a few synergies on top. I haven't seen any broker research but I guess you could construct a credible case for testing the all-time highs at some point soon

Numis reckon the acquisition announced today enhances EPS by 20%.

What a cracking day, just short of a 19% rise on the day.

AND more to come but may have a small pull back tomorrow, usually do with very large daily rises like this but the medium term is VERY bullish on todays figures.
