If you look at the previous loans to the company, you will find that Radix were the company who have supplied the recent short term loan, which was paid off a few months ago.

The fact that it is only until the end of December leads me to believe that the $1m dollars outstanding from the sale of the Hydro in Peru will be paid by then or other asset sales are imminent. Alternatively, the directors expect the long-term loan will be finalised by then.

Clearly good for liquidity. The obvious question is who is Radix Investments UK Ltd as it is not exactly a household name. Companies House records show it is wholly owned by Pro Vinci Ltd which in turn is wholly owned by a lady called Dawna Marie Stickler. What is the connection between her and the company or some of its present or former board is the obvious question. Presumably she will pick the company up for no additional cost if there is no further funding by end December so it would be helpful to know whether she is a completely neutral third party investor or a good friend of any of the present or past directors. Her LinkedIn Profile shows she was the former Managing Director of Bristol News and Media.

The way this moved before news suggests that some solid buying took place insiders took advantage of a deal that was done today prompting rur to rns.i reckon theres a lot more to come and this is just the beginning of the journey buy on dips and hold a few months
