18/12/2014 17:35 | So the RNS now formalises a subtle but significant change...we're now back in legal position to pay Divis. Gis the money!! | gerhart
18/12/2014 14:03 | I just checked the RNS from 10th Nov again and it states: Expected date for confirmation of the Capital Reduction by the High Court - 17 December 2014. Expected Effective Date Expected Effective Date of the Capital Reduction 19 December 2014. Would have thought we would have had an RNS if it had gone through court yesterday?? Also, a thing that has confused me is this line: “The record date for Shareholders to be entitled to receive the Distribution is 6 p.m. on 21 November 2014”. To me that is stating THERE WILL BE a Divi of some kind with the current list closing on 21/11. Or am I misreading? | gerhart
18/12/2014 10:10 | GS, Point taken. | jaf1948
18/12/2014 10:05 | O/T JAF The "as guessed" implies by several posters. I'm sure you won't mind if i remind about post #7 as it mentioned triple witching - so never a surprise to see rollovers on the quarterly expiry. | giant steps
18/12/2014 09:29 | GS, I think you'll find that I mentioned it first in post no.8. | jaf1948
18/12/2014 08:50 | Thanks gerhart - as guessed. | giant steps
18/12/2014 08:27 | Giant 2 X 1.4m showing on LSE at 4.6p, confirming that yesterday's 2.8 was just a roll...pity, but we sort of knew. Still good times soon. | gerhart
18/12/2014 07:28 | Trade for 1.4m @ 4.6p just showed up (published time 16:03) | giant steps
17/12/2014 20:56 | Remeber just a few weeks/months ago, someone got 500,000K and that sent the share price up. Can't see this been a straight forward buy. More's the pity. | gerhart
17/12/2014 19:56 | Or we may see another large trade tomorrow of around 2.8m which means it was probably a rollover. There is no way a 'normal' buy / sell of 2.8m would not move the share price one way or another. | jaf1948
17/12/2014 19:45 | Reminder trade, ahead of triple witching on friday 2.8m @ 4.7p (current prices 4.25-4.75p) | giant steps
17/12/2014 17:35 | not that I'm sceptical or anything but if we see a positive RNS in the next few days, at least we still know that aim still functions as expected... | swooped
17/12/2014 17:19 | Wow, that's one big old buy: £131600. | mortimer7
17/12/2014 17:11 | If that had been a sell the price would have dropped like a stone, a buy and no movement ??? | cheshire2
17/12/2014 16:39 | 2.8 million buy @ 16.01....a leak perhaps? that's a lot to spend on a punt | swooped
12/12/2014 22:52 | Oh well done GS. I had my grumpy pout on everytime I saw the compensation header of your other thread! | cyfran101

12/12/2014 08:26 | 12 DEC 2014 ...appointed WH Ireland as its nominated advisor edit: observe late trade 3,000,0000 @ 4.55p | giant steps
11/12/2014 13:38 | I assume RUR need to find a new NOMAD as Daniel Stewart & Co will no longer be licensed from 12th Dec. A couple of other of their clients have issued RNS's. We need to know what's going on. | mortimer7
02/12/2014 18:33 | JAF you are different class thanks for brining it to our attention | torbie
02/12/2014 17:45 | I might have understood it had it been a bad RNS ! | jaf1948
02/12/2014 17:26 | I would have put it on if you or anyone else hadn't. | cheshire2
02/12/2014 17:05 | Cheshire, Thank you for that - it just seemed a bit petty. | jaf1948 |
