Sorry, missed a lot of the chatter but have also ensured that I’ve voted against.

Unfortunately now hold just under 1% of the equity following top slice @59p on results day.

Couldn't agree more. It does rather make the vote on their remuneration/LTIP a pointless exercise if the beneficiaries of the remuneration/LTIP proposal can vote it through without anyone else's support. Legislation definitely required in this area but I won't be holding my breath.

Deadline is 6pm tonight I believe.

I will be voting in the room and asking for a poll. It would be very interesting if only the directors voting for their own remuneration which without the awareness of the posters here would probably have carried them through.

Well done everyone making the effort as it is a poor nominee system that often disenfranchises holders and prevents them doing what is needed to lodge their vote.Do contact your broker and ask what is required because votes have to be lodged by 6pm on Monday if you are not attending the meeting next Wednesday.
If you come along you can vote in person on the day.
I am also going to vote against the resolution allowing the board to issue shares as frankly they are using them all up paying out the LTIP.

9 mil shares in issue so that 500k is actually massive, around 5.5% of the company.

David - I only hold 21,000 shares but have instructed my broker to vote against Resolution 2. Hopefully every little helps.

Every vote will count and certainly the resolution number two needs to be voted down as another shareholder rightly pointed out. I think if investors are aware of this then they are almost certainly going to vote against it so if you know any fellow shareholders do make them aware.

I saw your figures but don't think these are actually allowances against past losses, they look like normal adjustments, although to be fair to you I can accept that they may have reduced the tax liability below the norm. As far as I can see they are reporting profit after tax and paying tax in cash.

I could be wrong though.

Daviddosh, No I haven't, but will make the effort if you are going to the trouble of arranging an EGM
TBF, I can see it's not just me who struddles with the numbers 100,000 shares are about 0.7%
