DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

RSA Insurance Group plc (RSA) today announces the appointment of Clare Bousfield as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 April 2020. Clare will also join the Group Audit Committee.

Clare is currently Chief Financial Officer of M&G plc, the international savings and investment company which was recently demerged from Prudential plc. She is also currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Pacific Life Re Limited; a role she will retire from in advance of joining the RSA Board.

Commenting on the appointment, RSA Chairman Martin Scicluna said:
