DIRECTOR/PDMR SHARE DEALING

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them.

RPS, a leading multi-sector global professional services firm, announces that on 13 August 2019 John Douglas - Chief Executive Officer purchased (through his family trust) 30,335 ordinary shares at GBP1.275 per share, on 14 August 2019 he purchased 45,517 ordinary shares at GBP1.2654 per share and on 15 August 2019 he purchased 25,000 ordinary shares at GBP1.2482 per share. Mr Douglas now holds 100,852 shares through Rokahesu Pty Ltd (ATF The Douglas Family Trust) and a further 426,140 ordinary shares in his own account.
