The postal regulator appears to have cleared the way for the government to relax the statutory commitment of Royal Mail to deliver six days a week to all addresses in the UK. It's got to be good news with all the extra business they are getting both here and abroad. I can't see them reinstating the divi though until they have come to a deal on the pay rise.
