We did it.. closed above 180 for the first time in months.. since before lockdown..And another huge trade shown after the close.

I know. It's frustrating... but pressure is building. Am expecting a rns of increased Czech holding. Once it gets through.. and closes above 180/181, will be swiftly back over 200 and then onwards to 220

Royal mail actually make a profit now from DSA. Though they would make more if it was all mail mark franked.

He's been buying ever since last notification... i calculate at least another 6-7 million so expect an rns late this week or early next week for another % increase in his stake...Meanwhile.. we are "chart building" for the move back over 200

Perhaps the player building a stake here, is hoping that once the UK is out of the clutches of the clerks of Brussels, then a lot of Euro claptrap can be removed, and that RMG won't be burdened by having to carry 'last mile' at a loss, for the other mail carriers?

If a business person could get control of RMG or at least have significant influence on operations, there's certainly plenty of room to swiftly make efficiencies, which would quickly improve the bottom line.

It's been trying all week to get above this 180 level.. hasn't closed at it sadly yet but once it does, I feel the rocket will be loaded for a swift climb above 200.I think the Czech has purchased around 4 million shares so far this week. Fingers crossed

The highest level by far of short positions since 2012 ( hxxps://shorttracker.co.uk/company/GB00BDVZYZ77/ ) but the brand is huge and must be worth a lot along with assets, CC I think you are right on both aspects.

I note that the threshold for the last increase in holding was 19th May. A week ago. There were some large trades for the rest of the week and so I suspect we will receive another notification of further increase this time next week!This level around 180 is key to push through and then it looks like a quick retrace back over 200

Difference is the shorting funds are increasing by 0.??% and the Czech Billionaire is increasing multiples of the short positions so absorbing their fantasy sells... think I'll back Vesa Equity and continue to hold over the shorters...

Shorters have been proven wrong many times before. even in this market, this market is not going to be following any traditional patterns or chart predictions...

shorters might be right on current trading value but when you've got a billionaire accumulating blocks you could get a bid offer on the table. Although this stock is a real dog it does have a high asset value

So are Marshall and Blackrock increasing short positions even yesterday. Over 8% of stock reported short, probably 15% in reality.It to me would suggest £1.50 before £3.00 but we will see, the shorters are not always right (but in this market usually are)

I agree with you entirely. It amazes me how few investors there are with this stock and the lack of Bullentin board interest; especially with this stake building going on.I'm ignoring the fools that simply write: shorting or share price 88pence et al
