Has anyone calculated the NAV for RDSB at lower oil prices? I notice from Capital IQ that its around 1750-1800p, though presumably thats based on a higher price?

(Note: I'm not oil-savvy: just looking at LTBH things for pension. My move active trades are small-caps)

All comment for the past few years has been about US putting tariffs on anything that moves and particularly steel which they viewed as being dumped into the US. US consumers were used to paying a particular price for oil and it was suiting local US shale. Why would they not put tariffs on all imported oil now to bring it back to the previous range and ensure the shale industry sees little disruption. It would negate the Saudi dumping strategy to force them out of business surely?

With the United States stopping all flights in the Europe except the UK and flights being stopped all over the place will really reduce the amount of jet fuel/oil needed
and with Saudia Arabia and Russia about to upm out oil as though there is going to be no tomorrow it seems to me you'll be able to swim in the stuff soon.

Brought in again at £12,60. Rediculous price and won’t stay here for long. Never brought at such a low price and will do it again @ sub £12 if it every arrives. It feels like I’m getting the shares at half price... unbelievable opportunity!

My thoughts too campomar, it just needs some common sense from the powers that be and the share price will rocket back up Corvid or no Corvid. This oil price does nobody any good so let’s hope reality returns soon and is why I don’t want to be out when it does.

Iran has announced it needs an emergency IMF bailout. There's just a chance that behind the scenes OPEC & Russia pull a rabbit out of the hat on oil production. If so, this would rocket.

Well done! Don't forget In reality with a 11% yield you have protection on the downside of approx £1.30 which is the level of the dividend. So it's an excellent risk/reward at these levels

It's the size of the drops daily that makes me think we're not at bottom yet.

Took me around 15 mins but managed to pick up some more at 1255p, tuck them away for retirement is the plan. It`s crazy out there at the moment, my local school is looking at having 3 weeks easter break instead of 2 should things get any worse.
