Purchase of Shares by Joshua Gruss

Round Hill Music (LSE: RHM) confirms that, following the publication of the Company's annual financial results for the period ended 31 December 2022, Joshua Gruss, the Chief Executive Officer of Round Hill Music L.P., the Investment Manager of the Company, and entities beneficially owned by Mr. Gruss and his family members, have acquired a further 14,690,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company.

Following these purchases, as at 15 May 2023, Mr. Gruss, along with the entities beneficially owned by Mr. Gruss and his family members, now own a total of 25,827,999 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.3% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
