Result of General Meeting and Issue of Equity

Further to its announcement on 28 July 2017 regarding a Placing and Subscription to raise GBP3.5 million (before expenses) to fund acquisitions, Rotala announces that all Resolutions put to Shareholders at the General Meeting held today were duly passed.

Accordingly, an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 2,500,002 Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur and that dealings in the Placing Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 21 August 2017. Following Admission, the Company will have 48,026,580 Ordinary Shares in issue carrying voting rights, which excludes 854,338 shares currently held in Treasury that do not carry voting rights.
