14/1/2011 10:15 | still some Buying, generally 29p - possible tick-up today | spaceparallax
11/1/2011 16:02 | nice share price progress today. | spaceparallax
11/1/2011 13:57 | Chor, From where do you get that info? | spaceparallax
10/1/2011 17:26 | I believe Rotala may be proposing to extend its loan note maturity from 31 Dec 2011 to 31 Dec 2014. If that is correct and if it happens then it would improve the balance sheet a lot. | chorister
10/1/2011 12:23 | nice 250K Buy @28p. Clearly, someone feels confident. | spaceparallax
07/1/2011 16:31 | So, looks like Cazenove were offloading - good to see that query answered, but it'll be interesting to see whether they stick or continue to reduce. | spaceparallax
07/1/2011 11:53 | The trickle of buying continues - 28p being paid. | spaceparallax
06/1/2011 13:58 | Just grabbed another 7K@27p - I have a feeling that we'll be returning to the 30s in the coming weeks. | spaceparallax
06/1/2011 12:49 | Interesting to see a little buying recently, nice if we're bottomed and on the gradual rebound. | spaceparallax
17/12/2010 16:30 | I've just grabbed a few at 26p - given the Management's confidence in declaring a divi and with the forward PER being so low, this seems to me like a good investment. Not without risk, but certainly with potential. | spaceparallax
16/12/2010 21:05 | I'm tempted to buy in at this price .... but not quite sure if I will. Witnessed an interesting piece of Central Connect driving this morning when one of their buses sped thru a red light at >40mph in a 30mph area. It was at 09:25 with the vehicle heading from Hurst Lane North to Hurst Lane across the Chester Road junction. If that bus is fitted with a forward facing camera then it would be interesting for ROL management to review the recording. | don muang
14/12/2010 14:22 | I think the sale price and the dip are daft - the worrying thing is that the MMs could trigger a few stop-losses. | spaceparallax
14/12/2010 11:54 | I'm surprised to see that someone's dumped 195K@25p! Clearly, they have a less positive take on the TS | spaceparallax
13/12/2010 19:03 | All buses in Notts are totally ditched, you cant tell what is window and what is metal. I'd say they are telling the truth and it's a fair excuse. You can't really wash buses using eastern Europeans, they arent tall enough. They use specialised auto washes, like a large car wash. Been watching these for ages, but still put off by the debt, even though pe is very low. | stegrego
13/12/2010 15:52 | On a more significant note, they've just released their TS, which, whilst containing understandable reservations concerning uncertainties arising from the Govts Spending Review and the rises in fuel, appears cautiously optimistic. Interesting to see how the Mkt responds over the coming weeks. | spaceparallax
13/12/2010 15:30 | Does this mean that it'll be next April that the buses get cleaned? My local car wash (which is operated by an enterprising group of east Europeans on the forecourt of a disused petrol station) is still operating OK. So, being my usual cynical self, is it more a case of the bus co could arrange to clean the vehicles but it isn't cost-effective to do so. Claribels (which operate some services in east Birmingham) seem to have reasonable clean vehicles at present. | don muang
13/12/2010 14:56 | Hi DM As a shareholder I was concerned to read about your observations so i got in touch with the company. This is the reply I received "We have not been able to wash buses for a few weeks due to the cold weather. The bus washes at both Tividale and Long Acre shut down if it too cold" This makes much sense and hopefully the engine compartment was an isolated incident. Regards Chesters2 | chesters2
10/12/2010 08:39 | .... the one thing that I have noted when I've seen their buses around is that they've gone from being very clean (outside) to a bit tatty ... one last week I saw driving along with it's rear engine conpartment not fastened down ... so their operational standards seem to be dropping .... although they'd have to drop a lot further to get down to the level of the major operator in Brum ... just my personal opinion / observation whilst using a combination of public and private transport around this city | don muang
08/9/2010 10:07 | Right, they have gone ex-div today, and the share price has not changed, even though anyone buying now will not get the 0.3p dividend. | lizzie ii
07/9/2010 12:59 | The half-yearly report included :- "The Company will pay an interim dividend of 0.30 pence per share on 6 December 2010 to all shareholders on the register on 10 September 2010." That being the case, why has it not gone ex-div today, 3 working days before the record date? And why so long until the dividend is paid? | lizzie ii
12/8/2010 13:21 | Joy riders steal coaches from Birmingham industrial estate Zaks Bus and Coach Services Ltd is a bus transport subsidary of Rotala Plc. A spokesman for Rotala said it had no comment. | don muang
09/3/2010 09:27 | If you are interested in quizzing management, the company is exhibiting at this show in April: www.masterinvestor.c | foxnil
09/1/2010 20:42 | not many companies with growing and predictable revenues from either quasi govt (local authorities) or major corporates (Sky / Glaxo/ Br Airways) on such a low rating. BBs are full of tips for pre-revenue concept stocks eager to burn through your cash, most of which will disappoint. Basic good old value will come through in the end as either the PER goes to 1 or someone will see them as a cheap acquisition. | yamba |
