209 million shares showing as sold today, the placing shares were only 146million so I’m confused. It’s ticked it up anyway whatever the answer.

Well we will probably be at this placing level until after the General meeting May 27th but Cenkos believe that a valuation in normal times should be 5/6 times the recurring revenue hence £36m valuation.

Cenkos have done a note but I can't get it....conclusion was on an industry mid price valuation of £36m.......!!!

Just checked back, I sold out here last time @9.6p when it had a nice little run, there was an article in the Times that had mentioned that Microsoft had them on their radar but nothing came of it, 4 years on and fully financed it shouldn’t take much for a nice sustained rise and then who knows!
I shall certainly add on any dips.

Would be nice if Cenkos produce a Brokers note after the placing.I know that wouldn't take acquisitions into consideration but could provide some insight into the organic growth they have their sights

Difficult to say mate, be interesting to see what they are eyeing up and what price they pay. I’ve stuck £5k worth in my ISA for the long term hold, have got a few to trade if we keep rising but 10p should be achievable on next news.

Daica what do you think will be a rough fair value after the placing?Its quite attractive £6/7m cash, £6m recurring revenues and break even.

It certainly does, I have asked the question but received no answer. I have rather a lot of VELA.

It also makes you wonder what were the Vela management doing when they sold there holding here at a huge discount to the placing price!!

If people were turned down in the placing you would have thought they would have bought open market before the announcement but we didn’t see that.
Just wish I could have got a bit of volume this morning.
