Yes, heading in the right direction on all measures(?) but was hoping for a faster pace; stage is set for the years ahead. I do however wonder why a company such as this needs around 5 months to get it's results out?

Year of getting ducks in a row : FY19 sales were up 8.3% to £7.0m vs £6.4m LY - with Annual License Fees climbing 9.2% to £5.4m (£5.0m), and equivalent to 77% of the group.

But going forward, thanks to higher future investment in sales & marketing and a promising pipeline,Equity Development forecasts turnover to rise by 15% LFL in FY20 to £8.0m. In turn, driving EBITDA (pre SBPs) above breakeven this year.

Thanks Edmonda, market didn't seem to react much today but it's good to get a refi out the way on the same terms. I'm not sure I'd be very happy with L+750bps if I was taking out a loan but I guess for a small cap firm this is pretty decent! Roger sounds upbeat about the trading statement in May and I'm happy to remain invested here.
