Does the resolution filed at Companies House mean that RDT are about to issue more shares without reference to the existing Shareholders?

High profile as well as being sector neutral so the target market is very large. Some quite meaty contracts which are multi-year with ads ons. Now all they need to do is make a profit!

It seems they are managing to win very high profile clients.
Although unnamed, recent wins were probably BAE systems and Heineken.

Really interesting (and positive) analysis tacticaltrader, but wonder about your costs estimate. My estimate is that they're running at nearer £9m p.a. when looking at historic cost base of Rosslyn and Integritie (less £800k savings). Caveats in "Going Concern" section are worrying too?

No growth at all if you include Integritie's previous revenues - comparing one company (Rosslyn in 2017) to the merged revenue of Rosslyn and Integritie in 2018 seems disingenuous to me.

The share price has had a good run recently (perhaps something is driving it that we are unaware of?)I fully expected the price to drop today so was pleased to see low volume and flat share price

Revenue down by circa £600k and loss increased by same amount from June 2018 statement. Total revenue flat from the comined Rosslyn (£3.6m) and Integritie (£3m y/e 2015) reported revenue previously. No surprise, but continuing to disappoint.
