It is unlikely that this share will ever deliver any return for the ordinary shareholder. Why they continue to remain listed on the main market I shall never know.

Looks like it was another false dawn back in September? Any rumouired developments anywhere? I doubt it.

Too late John, I too have been in for 15 years from the rumours of toshiba or some other tec company using Ross as a company for growth in Europe. Certificates in bottom drawer and had my annual check opn the price last week. Always hoping !! Cheers.

Don't touch them is my advice.I have held for over 20 years.Over the years much of the company has been disposed of and the company keeps coming back and tapping the market for more cash.Above all, dialogue with the company is extremely poor.

Sounds like a bullish end report. Does anyone hold these anymore. No comments for 2 years. Perhaps some exciting times ahead ??!!

"...into profit at last". Well, it may look good on paper but the main reason is that the company paid just £3,000 in interest compared with £660,000 in the previous year. The company has a loan of £6.21m and this has had an interest rate of zero. If anyone offered me a loan of £6m at 0% I would be very happy. £4.01m of the interest-free loan comes from Kenilworth Capital which owns 29% of the shares. The remaining £2.2m is just shown as "other".

- Thanks, no problem with the 4p mention. Received the update via post and yes into profit at last. One thing is for sure, there arent many shares out there after a consolidation years back so any decent volumes and this baby will rocket ! (thats what I have hoped for for years !!) Guess the fuse is a slow burner, cheers.

ps - Do you have any links to electronics in South West ?

- For those of us holding for 10 years or more, we need a lot more than 4p to break even - but any rise is positive as I have a few more years to retirement and have been waiting this long - whats a few extra years to make my money !! Gave up a long time ago, not worth a lot now and are gathering dust in the bottom drawer - like many i cant understand how they are still going - miracle ! cheers

I suspect after all this time something is going on!! This company has been Quoted for 20 years or more at a considerable cost and vertually no profit in that time, it really is a misnorma! A reverse take over perhaps?

Can't get an on-line quote for more than a 25K with Barc., although why is a complete mystery.

I at one time owned over 3% of this company, now it is slighty less @ 3m shares. After owning these shares for over 12 years i still dont understand why this company is still fully quoted, losing money for years, this last year was the first year to make a profit albeit small. I suspect like every other share holder ive come this far i`m not selling out now !! However, two points to consider This company is only valued at 2 million so would make a good reverse take over and i sure somewhere i read they have at least 45 million of losses!!

sharw,

ADVFN reported the trades earlier in the day but L2 has a trailing report therefore it can appear that trades disappear. The Trade page retains the trades. (No wonder I was confused)

ADVFN is apparently bringing in new code to fix this sort of issue with illiquid shares.

Did they not get reported because they were traded on Plus, not LSE?

Anyone else notice that two trades reported earlier this morning have been wiped (both buys, 1 x 80k & 1 x +40K, I believe)? Why, if not an ADVFN blip, might this happen?
(edit) I've received an answer from ADVFN that although these show on the Trades page, L2 shows only the trailing trades.
