Director/PDMR shareholdings

Rose (AIM: ROSE), the AIM quoted natural resources business, has been informed of the following transactions in Ordinary Shares by Matthew Idiens, CEO of Rose, on 22 December 2017.

Mr Idiens sold 500,000 Ordinary Shares held in his own name at a price of 3.345 pence per share and purchased 600,000 Ordinary Shares via his Self Invested Personal Pension, also at a price of 3.345 pence per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Idiens now has a total beneficial interest in 820,257 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.728% of the Company's current issued share capital.
