Almost past out when I saw an share price of 4p, I take it there has been a consol. here and bod haven't decided to actually do something to earn their fees !!

RNS - Slowly getting there.
We shall see.
SP reaction does not reflect the upbeat tone of the RNS.
Nothing new there......and it is AIM too.
Back to sleep.

However being an eternal optimist I can't help feeling that whilst we are all still in hibernation there just might be an amazing RNS next year which shows 1000% rise in share price
It "is" possible................but I'm not counting any chickens.

RNS - is this the new beginning, the rebirth, the turnaround, the "only way is up" now time?
Like many, I have become cynical, deluded, frustrated, disappointed etc.
Can't really get excited still.........but........would be a nice Chistmas present except 30p is probably a break even point ( in new money) for many LTH's.
Oh well, let's see.
Interesting to see if even this upbeat RNS moves the share price at all.

In effect, a placing of shares will be undertaken with institutions and brokers. The brokers would place the shares with their clients at the issue price.

A "bucket shop" was a licensed dealer that would take a placing on as a "principal" position i.e. they take the position on their own books at the placing price, and would then sell them on to their "clients" at the market price.

So, if this is the case with ROSE, one/some of the institutional placees might be a loose interpretation IMO of reality. These guys would have taken the shares on at 4p, and are kicking them out at 0.01 below the official offer price in the market.

This is a scenario that I think may be happening, and is not based on any evidence...I've just seen the pattern so many times in the past.

Nice turn for the "institution" if it is correct!

Looking at the trades going through reminds me of the bad old days when a "bucket shop" would get their hands on a deeply discounted placing, and then shovel out the shares to their "clients" at a fraction under the offer, while trousering a huge turn!

Share-Talk: Well he said (having just listened)and I quote: "Maybe I'm waffling now".
Anyway, nothing to do now except wait and wake up in a few months/year to find the share price 10,000% up - if Paradox does produce the billions and trillions of oil/gas respectively, if Ryder Scott are right.

It's all smoke & mirrors, one of the purchases was a meagre £16k~ buy. The director purchases are just a bogus attempt to stop share price decline, it's over here....they will squander the £3m & then dilute again to keep the gravy train rolling for themselves imho
