11/10/2010 16:04 | Yes bring on a short squeeze as there has been a lot of selling today, surprised if that is profit takers as anyone investing recently will be backing the Directors and can not see that a couple of points is what they are looking for they clearly see that the problems should be behind them and return to tight ship and back to 40p range. IMO.. | warwick69
11/10/2010 16:03 | Just read the excellent news released today ... and I've just bought more. No wonder the directors been buying - the sly gun :-) This is starting to look like a great recovery story. | nilip
11/10/2010 15:57 | Breaking out through the 21p resistance here - nice. CR | cockneyrebel
11/10/2010 15:25 | Breaking out with more conviction now, bring on 30p! | bigbigdave
11/10/2010 15:04 | SHORTERS; you're losing the battle guys! Just buy 'em back and let's get on with some proper gains. Or you'll lose your profits - shame....... | philjeans

11/10/2010 13:53 | Nice deals there for ROK; gone up every day for a week. Miles to go yet. Short termers bailing, as ever; clever money staying for the ride. | philjeans
11/10/2010 12:39 | The contract will be in tomorrows papers i imagine so another bump up expected. | the heed
11/10/2010 12:36 | Good to see the contract win - they always suggest it is the incumbants to loose - but speaks volumes about the delivery of quality service. | thatfella
11/10/2010 10:54 | Just topped up as it looks like the 21p seller has gone.... | the heed
11/10/2010 09:50 | Gettin' my rocks off; long a smidge @ 20.72p B4 they start to move (when the seller's finished?) | napoleon 14th
11/10/2010 09:24 | someone selling into strength this morning | philjh
11/10/2010 09:22 | well despite good news on contract win still can not break 21p and move up. City still obviously does not have any trust yet in the company. Proably still all waiting for the The accountants review to be published. If they do get a clean bill of health then this should rush back up to 30-40 range very very quickly. To me seems a good bet with all the Director buying and new contract news starting to flow. Just a little surprised there has been no real rally this AM | warwick69
11/10/2010 08:32 | reckon there will be more contract announcements going fwd - directors buying was timed nicely. CR | cockneyrebel
11/10/2010 07:41 | That contact shouls take it through 21p for a breakout imo. CR | cockneyrebel
11/10/2010 07:26 | Rok plc Rok wins major Highlands contract Rok plc (LSE: ROK), the maintenance and building services group is pleased to announce that it has won a framework contract for Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE), the Scottish Government's economic and community development agency. The framework, for which Rok is the sole contractor, will be worth up to GBP32m over four years. The Company, which held HIE's previous Prime Contractor Framework, won the contract following a five-way tender to renew the deal. Under the framework, Rok will undertake every stage of most of HIE's building projects across the entire Highlands and Islands region, from design right through to construction and completion, in conjunction with supply chain members. | bigbigdave

10/10/2010 10:55 | Director buying covered in the Scotsman: CR | cockneyrebel
09/10/2010 10:29 | Interesting comparison between the two articles. One critical and examining, the other, just listing the jobs ROK are doing. Ironic that the 2nd mentions another builder who won more contracts worth 3 times ROKs! Basically anyone investing in ROK knows it's a wager on the management turning things round. Considering that the company is still profitable, and still has a solid reputation for the jobs it does, I'm positive that this is a good recovery play. I'm also thinking this will be a strong takeover target when the banking is sorted, exactly because of the costs savings available from the direct employ model mentioned in the FT, to bigger competitors. | argylerich
09/10/2010 09:05 | my sell order is at 29p :) , so i would like to agree with you CR | stigskog
08/10/2010 21:13 | On the chart, a slightly her close @ 21p+ and these breakout with a gap up to 29p with no resistance. CR | cockneyrebel |
