I hope for our sakes there is a big deal to be done here.

The last accounts showed net assets of £300k but with the share price at current levels the company if i am correct has a mkt cap of £7m

Not sure - triple bagger since start of March and nobody posting! I myself bought in the other week have £500 at 2.56.

Preliminary Announcment for the year ended 31 December 2007 - Roeford

21st May 2008


I am pleased to present Roeford's results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2007.

The Company produced a profit before taxation of £182,000 (2006: loss of £985,000) on turnover of £397,000 (2006: £1,513,000).

The Company has net assets of £80,000 at the balance sheet date (2006: net liabilities of £102,000).

The Company issued new ordinary shares on 14 January 2008 to raise £392,000 before expenses, which is considered to be sufficient for the Board to continue to pursue its stated objectives. It will seek new opportunities throughout the coming year and I anticipate that they will ultimately prove profitable ventures.

I would remind readers (if any) that at least 20 stocks you have
pumped and dumped have gone bust, delisted or lost most of their
value after the dump !

If you look back at the old Roe thread it was pump and dumped by
the same people a while back, mass postings then silence as the
dump took place and the parasites moved on.

Dyor is a very good phrase because you are a compulsive liar
and very well known for it.
