Yes you're probably missing the main reason the company is did the tender offer which was to try and remove the persistent sellers they were aware of in one hit.

Lots of buying today, but marked down due to general market weakness. Mkt cap ~£80M, PE1.2......whats not to like.

Less shares = greater volatility up and down. Dont be surprised if we hit new highs in short order

Muted reaction - they don't seem to like any selling at all at present. You'd think with only just over 12m shares in issue and institutions increasing positions that they'd be short of stock ? It could all change in a week or so though.
