Posting of Annual Report and 2019 Annual General Meeting
Further to the announcement of the Company's results for the year ended 31 December 2018 on 2 April 2019, Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH) confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 will be available from 12.00 noon today on the Company's website at https://rockhopperexploration.co.uk/investors/overview/. Hard copies have today been posted to those shareholders who elected to receive them, together with documentation for the 2019 Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at 11.00am on Wednesday 15 May 2019 at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA. Details of the arrangements for the meeting will be posted on the Company's website in advance of the meeting.
