So any who have not committed their shares remember (courtesy of Glen)

"This effort to write to management has already shown shareholders that we can, collectively, (1) Make the Board publish the 2020 AGM results with votes, (2) With effort make either 23 millions 5% or 100+ shareholders to demand a Meeting at any point in the future, (3) Deploy the Clauses of the Companies Act 2006, and (4) Show the Chairman, CEO and CFO that we have growing teeth.

Therefore, your email matters, you count towards the 100+, your shareholding matters, you add up to the 23millions+ target.
* CEO salary must be £100k until First Oil Date
* CFO salary must be £100k until First Oil Date
* All the CEO, CFO an ex Employee 1p and 6p options must vest on the First Oil Date"

Remember this is just to ensure the above options are placed into the 2021 AGM.
See Glen's posts on how to, it does not take up much of your time or effort, but will show that the greed (Sam Moody who is taking 2x the Prime ministers Salary).

In Harbour Energy we are required to trust, its a good job its not PMO that Moody signed up to with out due diligence on the financial checks (debt) or sufficient contractual protection, + 200 million given back to PMO for FEED. Shocking behaviour and well worth his, Stu (and Keith's) salaries?

Ps Did you have to give Nigoil more money to aid his average down, or is he covering your initial investment. I am sure he is, so weldone on him as your average is now around 8p per share correct? Not bad if you only invested at 30p.
