Renewal of share authorities

The Company is seeking shareholder approval to renew its share authorities to allow directors to issue up to GBP250,000 of nominal value as ordinary shares in the Company for cash, on a non-pre-emptive basis. The Company is seeking to do this as it believes it is prudent to have sufficient capacity to raise funds at short notice if the opportunity arises. The Company has recently raised sufficient funds for its current exploration programme and the new authority is being sought to provide flexibility for management to rapidly accelerate exploration activity and/or new project acquisition opportunities should this be required in the future.

i just bought 5m at 1.65 and it hasn't appeared yet, but its a buy honest.
only another 15m to buy at lower prices.

It's a shame the fundamentals don't really support it, but there's an almighty bowl on the weekly candle that has ROCK 3 bagging from this tis price.1p is a key level now

Well, as I have said before:

DP, after practically every result, almost always looks 200m east, 300m north, this way that way, further down... I've been waiting to for him to say 300m UP, for goodness sake, and err... he's now got a helicopter!!!!!

If only there was gold in the sky he would be 'drilling' there too!

Never found a thing.

Faffed around in PNG. Eventually dropped that one .. after a 'coal train' of fundraises.

Now he expects everyone to believe that ROCK is sitting on a heap of gold, because.... well... the terrain is .. like.. that big mine over there..

It wouldn't surprise me if a bit furthet down the line, when the last drill hole has found nothing but fossilised skippy-droppings... he announces.... an acquisition!!!! that is sure to be 'transformational'!!!! yaay!

For ROCk, this is the last throw of the dice. All imo.

Not sure at the mo...The only gap is back up to 1.65 again but I won't trade it as a long, as it could take 6 months to fill it, if it does.It could also drift to previous support at .80Not much help, i know but I'm out... no position for the time being.

It was an update..I have read this RNS over and over and it is actually not disappointing. There are 5 more drill holes to come back. This particular one is on the edges of site and actually confirms that it is a promising site. The next results are likely to be more promising. The copper comment is just a tiny update that is already happening.
This was an overall update but still loads to unfold. Could have been gold but significant pointers to a promising find. Best to get ordinary news out the way, but plenty of opportunity to get in at low price. I reckon we will get more news this week. IMHO

hi all

let me state first that i am a small holder here as early this morning i had 350k shares any now topped up to 500k on the back of the fall in share price
my reason to get more is that on the statement saying that 5 drill completed and one ongoing
only 2 set of sample send to the lab presumably drill one and 2
visual show results vary from trace to 40% and i am hoping that this hole one apply to the trace and the 40% results still to come on the back of this i topped up.
clearly i cannot be sure of this, clearly i was disappointed like most people on the results of drill one but i don't believe this it is the all story most of which still to unfold
clearly for all not trusting the AIM ( very often let PI down) they should not be investing in this but if you already in today is not the time to sell

Still results from the other 5 drills. It is only an update. The copper mine, is just ongoing. ROCKFIRE is about various precious and semi precious metals. This will rise again. Opportunity to buy in at very low levels here.

No but expectation built up around the drilling. Have to see where it finishes. Short term support at 1.40 might have gone so 1.10 could be the target. We'll see at the close.

Didn't think it was that bad. Low grade yes, but fantastic continuity. Probably needs a higher gold price in order to help make it economic at that grade though.
