As expected, the sooner this company sorts out the surplus properties and then liquidates itself the better, has no future as a minnow, directors just running this to keep themselves in jobs, a thoroughly dull bunch of crows with little imagination, companies like this have no future, needs someone to reverse in to it to utilize the listing!

Out today, and pretty underwhelming. https://www.investegate.co.uk/robinson-plc--rbn-/rns/interim-results/201708230700027139O/

Does anybody know what has happened to the interims? Due on 22nd August according to the website and Sharescope. Delays without warning are not generally good news; nor are delays with warning.

MANAGED a few more today. Not sure why its always 3000 but that's what was offered again. Today at 131.95 so inside market price and my cheapest for some time. Got a nice holding here now but looking for another 30-50k shares which will be in small chunks. Yield of 4.25% makes it ok till this turns the corner. For the record the next batch today were at 135p so very little available. Tiger

Buying price did nudge up. I bought at 1.39 spread was 135/145. No more available at the 139p mark but still within spread. Seems to be stock about as on the other side there were few takers. I think there is value here and some dividend to boot. The property play is also in the mix. A slow first half but I expect a stronger 2nd half. tiger

Surge in volume on Weds 26th but no shift in share price Interims due on 18th of August according to Sharescope, but we really need news on the disposal of land to get things moving in the right direction.

Obviously someone from Heritage England is a keen stock market investor then.. Re Directors I'm the same but I'm working hard to eradicate bias , but still work in progress, o/t ps I've messaged you on Twitter

Yes, i'm hanging in. I've an unfortunate character trait that makes me more loyal once I've met the directors :-) I did though get the impression from the Agm that H2 & 2018 would be operationally improved and investments are being made. Ironically I thought the property angle had slowed up but they now seem to have Heritage England onboard.

Nice to see you're holding on ch 🙂 I sold out during a recent pruning exercise to raise funds to buy into Molins, I keep watching events here as I'm fascinated to see how property upside arrives

Seems to been someone who only accumulates on Fridays! (no trades since last week) in blocks of 2,500 to 3,000 shares. Looks like no stock available now, couldn't get a quote for 1,000 whilst 140 offered for 10,000.

Just noticed a tiny tick up in the share price which is quite something for such a moribund share. Interims are still over a month away but could this be just the first indication of some good news leaking out for once?

They will not be doing that, if anything they will strengthen their existing business through investment, and hand back some cash to shareholders, an acquisition in the kind of markets they are in would make no sense, there is already pressure within the sector concerning costs!

I've sold out my tiny residual position this morning as I'm concerned about the business frittering any property cash on another acquisition & I really can't feel enough confidence in them to get value. I'll keep watching but it'll be a surprise to me if I buy back in🙂
