Been in and occasionally out of these for a long time now. What with a good divi and the occasional large hike in the price they've done very well for me. I'm surprised they get so little attention.

well based on today's rise I'd say yes.

It's still very quiet here AND I do believe this is under the radar somewhat.

A boring stock perhaps but with an incresingly large barrier to entry (moat) plus significantly rising operating margins.

A 15% divi hike is certainly going to raise some eyebrows. Depsite the generous yield forecast shows it to be very well-covered indeed and I can't help but feel that this stock ought to appeal to a lot of IIs and PIs as a under-priced, safe divi yielder.

I dod note the CFOs comments on upcomif cap-ex but clearly these are driven by opportunity (to enhance growth and make savings) as opposed to negative necessity AND the rate this bsiness is spinning of cash it won't be a problem.

All IMO of course.

Good set of results.

Beat current year forecasts and I suspect those for next year will be raised significantly. Wonder if this will be enough for the share to rerate.

IC

"At 205p, the shares are down on our buy tip. But this gives a multiple of just eight times forecast earnings; hardly demanding – particularly against the broader software and computer services sector in which it sits, and for a company that is seemingly making progress across all three of its divisions. We retain our buy recommendation."

FWIW "For house broker Numis, the shares are “materially undervalued”. Analysts here have upgraded their operating profit and EPS forecasts for the 2018 financial year by around 3 per cent, taking the former to £26.8m from £26m, and the latter to 24.3p from 23.5p."

Tribal (TRB) might be a peer perhaps?

If you take the wider sector and call it a discount then you are comparing it in the proffessional and commerical services sector which encompassses all manner of different business models. (Highy irrellevant to do so in my view).

I think you also have to adjust for pension defecit to understand the low valuation here.

I'd also add that the growth forecast is minimal which is why the forward PEG looks bad / overvalued. Some people use forward PEG as their whole valuation model.

If you take Ben Graham's model of valuation (and I'm drastically paraphrasing here), he would equate a no growth company at 8.5 x earnings as an example.

Welcome mobtheplod. Not many about here, but agree with you this is a good prospect. Very low rating for some reason. IC tipped it recently.

Wow, such a quiet board here, like the look of this one, bought in yesterday.

Gets a Buy recommendation in IC based on results. Undervalued (forward PE of 9). Cheap compared to peers.

When do we expect news of the acquisition, might give share price a boost. Referred to panel don't know how long these things take.

It was already cheap at the price, latest acquisition makes it even cheaper looking ahead.

Acquisition a great fit to RM. no debt purchase immediately adding to bottom line. Great move.

These trading on a lowly PE of 8. Surely due for a re-rating.

Very quiet on this board. Trading update in the next couple of weeks. It's fallen back a lot over the last six months. Any thoughts as to why and where we might be going next?

It doesn't. The spread (133-140 ish) hasn't been changing much for a while.

It's just that ADVFN misleadingly shows the last trade as the 'latest price'; if it was a buy it appears higher, if it was a sell it appears lower.

Anyone thoughts on why this is falling? Good results, recovery going nice increase in divi and usually does better in second half.
