Oh well! I have this and CHAR as my "playing shares" You've gotta be innit to winnit!!I like the idea that they have.I like the name #Podifi think it'll catch on with students. They don't answer their Twitter A/C on both @2ergo and @PodifiOne of their latest tweets was an announcement of their new digital agency. (They only own it!! Lol)Still...you never know...

Really feel shafted here and refused to put more in on recent raise.Glad I sold half my holding at £2.50 a few years back!!Wouldn't be surprised though to see the share price move up to around 10p over the next 2 years.

Smithie - great entertainment - a non-holder talking to himself - maybe it's your head that needs examining! :-)

mega share issue and dilution at 1p/share....

imo anyone paying 2.75p to buy shares 1 day later.....needs their head examining...

(partly since the new shareholders have royally shafted all the other shareholders imo)

I dont hold any RGO

but I can still comment...since traded on public market...

----

2 directors were allowed to take part in the share placing at 1p.....market price is 2.5-3p

but have at the same time left the company....

imho that is very dubious....very dubious....

(normally if you get kicked out of a company .....you get kicked out....
you have failed....

and new people arrive...and the new people put some new money in to the company if it needs saving.....

allowing the departing dirs. to put their hand in the cookie jar....appears at first sight to smack of bribery.....of greasing their palms to get them to agree to the structure of the take over by new people...and the structure of the share issue...and not offerring shares pro rata to shareholders....

ANy opinions ?

was the share issue corrupt or fraudulent in any way ?
opinions ?

did large shareholders such as Nigel Wray vote thru resolution 2 because they were being allowed to buy shares at 1p....the shares that should have been offerred to normal shareholders....

imho if the resolution will provide them with personal benefit compared with other shareholders...then their votes should not be counted imo....

(MXC Capital and Ian Smith....I am not a fan of some deals I have seen done...)

perhaps 1.5p soon as some new shares find their way to the market...

----
the share issuing....

What is the story....

were PIs allowed to take up shares at 1p if they wanted ?
resolution 2 was to disapply pro rata share issue of new shares....ie. giving shares to new investors...

does that stink ?

surely PIs should have been offerred the chance to take up their shares pro rata if they wanted ?.....
but Nigel Wray gets to take up new shares !!

ie. difference in treatment of different shareholders ??...if so, then appears to stink imho

Ps, me 1p a share 300m shares was more or less bang on!Worth reading the full RGO details circular.Must have been a bitter pill for Graham and Sharples to swallow, control lost, but it was that or end up with nothing.Graham will now only get paid £35k a year, but after 1 year goes up to £135k if co is profitable. The options are also worth checking out, basically the performance options kick in at 3.5p and 7p.Not sure myself if £3m is enough to do the job, looks tight, imo. And the business plan still looks like it needs that partner to bring scale, otherwise they are dabbling round the edges and losing money whilst doing it.Still, worth keeping an eye on them.

Last throw of the dice for Nige to try and recoup some of his losses?Article on RGO by Paul Scott today. Basically he reckons these have to fall towards the 1p mark, although a bit of a premium may be retained, tend to agree. Will look again at them when/if they are 1p ish but wouldn't pay the massive premium to the placing the shares are currently trading at.

Need to look at the figures in more detail but would assume this would give them 9 months or so to become profitable or seek further funding.Would like to see some revenue figures for Podifi now.

Exactly as expected.

Now offically a penny share.

Is that a new record for tenure for a non exec from Kenyon? All a bit strange.

£3.1m may or may not be enough, we will know in a few months.....

The silence is deafening...

You can see the dilemma that the potential funders have. While the technology looks interesting and there is no doubt that mobile couponing is going to be big in the future you would have to have severe concerns about investing your cash in a company run by a board who have delivered a 99% drop in share price.

And we're not talking about an all or nothing explorer here or a 3rd world stock with huge political risk, this performance is against the backdrop of growth in the mobile apps and services sector.

I would suspect we are the last 50p for the meter this week so another bizarre discount raising to be announced?

MCAP now a low percentage of the cash taken out by each founder so again I would expect them to plough a bit more in at a hefty discount to current share price

Very surprised is this is not taken private very very soon.
