christh- are those comments from you or from action. anyway , as a remainer I wholeheartedly agree and sad that about 30% of electorate are taking us out of the EU - a combination of ignorant xenophobic bigots and Tory elitist "little englander " snobs, not to forget closet brexiteer Corbyn and a few labout MPs like the German woman . Gisela stewart !

Company wise I am still bullish . They get good premium even in low prices scenario. If gbp fall we will see this raise again and quickly . Secondly they will pay the divi soon.. investor will be back . Potential for special dividend and buy back are more effective at these prices too . Gbp should come down soon. ( I am hoping )

Pound will collapse near brixit deadline Mar19 is it ?

I agree with you.
Congratulations to the Brexiteers. They sink UK and clap themselves for that.

Poor sods, the country is collapsing, the treasury is loosing big money from
company corporation tax,NHS in Crisis (where is the £350m a week they will invest?),
inflation out of control, crime is up!

What a big mess from the arrogants, bigot people.
Misguided now regret it but it is too late, the ship is sinking.
We were in a big boat sailing fine and ended up in a dingi trying to survive in a big ocean!

God help us!

the last commodity crash was as a result of China fears.
hard to think that less than 2 years ago BHP RIO GLEN were struggling for survival.

It probably started today, the next commodity turndown.
Traders will short the metals and mining shares at the same time.

Added to that the hapless Carney has let the inflation cat out of the bag.
Public sector workers, that special breed, 20% of the total workforce, are demanding fat pay rises.
Inflation and strikes are on the way.
Interest rates up, pound stronger, no choice.

The recent commodity run is about to end.

I just saw CNBC news yesterday by Guru called Chanos who said China has debt mountain double of GDP (?) Of its own and he is betting it short on China. Now question one has to ask if China growth story is in doubt what will happen to commodity cycle ? Does it mean we might be in for shock as couple of years ago ?
