    The Company announces that on 17 June 2019 it purchased for cancellation 
         5,894 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.25 each at a price of GBP20.00 per share. 
 
     Following the above transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in 
issue is 7,911,089. There are no shares held in treasury. This figure may be 
  used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
