This Company is currently an AIM Rule 15 cash shell and, as such, is required to complete a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 or otherwise seek re-admission to trading on AIM as an investing company pursuant to AIM Rule 8 by 30 June 2020. Accordingly, the Company is seeking to identify a suitable reverse takeover transaction in the mining sector

A few months to years. I'm sure there are LTHs from the Tanzanite days holding much higher. Mehra made a good turn from the CLN to make up for his paper losses. He's not bothered now as he's focused on a few TSX companies now.

How long do you envisage the shares will tied up in suspension? Shortest time? Longest time? BoD and certain long term investors (such as Ashwath) are heavyweights in their own right. It seems Strand Hanson has good expertise in Mergers.......James Dance.

I have no experience in RTO. I am a LTH with an avg of .32 so can get my money back After much pain.

Just interested in typical time frames if anyone has a view. Thanis

Cashed out 2/3rds at a 250% gain. Keeping rest but expecting suspension any day. Cash too valuable for that sort of delay. May miss big gains though.

Quiet thread this. Bashers missed out? Ah well.

This moving strongly now.

An accumulator is now over 10%. Looks to be the 'suitor' to take this shell over. A very cheap way to get a listing in a dynamic market place.

Tricky to have any steer on the upside, that very much dependent on the perceived val of the asset that comes in and, assuming it is for developing, financing for that ahead. Mcap now is sub £1.5m.

A judged punt in present markets.

Of there is an RTO for this London listing, there will be consolidation of shares as they create hundreds of millions of new ones. The existing board will resign. A few quid will be made but not much.

Decent volumes being reflected here today with larger-sized trades pointing to ‘long money’; still well under the recent placing price of 0.10p.

And if head honcho Tony Brooke, and Chairman Ed Nealon, can pull off a similar feat as what was witnessed at Aquarius Platinum, those investors in at these levels will be generously rewarded for their patience.

More importantly, a gold or paladium-related RTO will, nevertheless, ensure the doors are blown off the current share price.

I'm also reminded that, this isn’t a jobs-for-the-boys, cash shell. The BOD, who are notable stakeholders in their own right, genuinely want to deliver a meaningful conclusion to the Richland story.
