Yep, on balance better to have cash in hand than faff around with shares in lock up which are illiquid and may be worth less.

"In the meantime, the Company remains liable to pay interest on the Loan as it falls due on a quarterly basis in arrears." Total value of loan when the sale was announced was £527k. Now it's £660k. It's just a fixed cash amount they get for the sale now so the BoD will be keen to complete ASAP.

Absolutely. Fura seem quite lackadaisical. BoD will want to crack on, plus interest is racking up on the loan so less in the coffers once disposal is done.

There may well be a reason why it is taking longer though , the BOD of RLD must be very keen to see this disposal finalised.

Disposal is likely to happen, but I suspect there will be more "dither and delay" like Fura are having with their other acquisitions.
