Market cap at 400k - More akin to a cash shell than someone trying to sell a mine -

I remember when this was Tanzanite One. So much for long term shareholder rewards. Complete Failure as is usual on AIM. What is left? Hope for a day trade spike?

[...] Current market cap is around 450k - Selling of capricorn mine will bring? - http://www.richlandresourcesltd.com/investors-and-media/press-media/shareholder-information/ MAJOR shareholders own a very large chunck of the company - 54% Dirs almost 20% Another 6.5% So around 80% held by majors so surely they would look to get the best price possible -

Last results CEO said - "I would particularly like to draw shareholders attention to the fact that our sightholder buyers and clients in Thailand are keen for mining to re-start as their inventories of rough are running low and few global Corporate Socially Responsible sources of sapphires exist. Upon production recommencing our potential forward sales of blue rough production are very positive and parti colours and generally non-traditional sapphire cuts have been reportedly highly sought after in the retail segment such that potential forward sales of our parti and green rough are also likely to improve. So at 475k cap or thereabouts lets see if they can sell the entire mine -

Further to the Company's announcement of 31 December 2018 and 2 April 2019, the Board is now focussed on pursuing the sale of all or part of Capricorn Sapphire and remains in discussions, with one party in particular, with regard to the potential sale of the entire Capricorn Sapphire project. There can, however, be no guarantee that the Company will be able to either secure the requisite funding to be able to re-commence operations or conclude discussions with regard to the potential disposal of Capricorn Sapphire. Current market cap is around 450k! - Interesting that loan amounts additionally have also been extended -

That sucker that sold at 0.07p got taken out - Directors still own 19% of the equity so lets see where this will go -

If the sale goes ahead as they've mentioned, that'll be the catalyst. Though there's a CLN it's from a long term shareholder who hasn't converted any yet.

Sorry to say this looks like a pure & simple P&D to me. No fundamental reason for the spike happening, but it did. Twitter rumour very spurious. (Just like Twitter itself). I remain of the view that the only likely winner in this company is Ashwath - and certainly not shareholders. Get out while U can. It is doomed from an ordinary shareholder perspective. When the BOD have stopped talking to shareholders , it is ALWAYS a bad sign - seen it far too many times on AIM. IMHO. DYOR. GLA.
