Almost got my £3.00 finish.

The F4 flagged up RG at 3% so i'm more interested to see who has bought his 4%+. Not the PI, that's for sure!

Richard Nunn wasnt listed as BOD level going forward. If he has gone then a loss imho.

Yume highest close since 5th September - JohnnyC will have to have deep pockets for Monday and thereafter.

If you are at present shorting RTHM to zero - you will be down Tesco's weekend topping up on stripy toilet rolls! lol

JohnnyC - while you are there.......carpet cleaner, industrial!

Well read 1gw, made a few quid no doubt!

Lets hope for a steady rise in RTHM as the acquisition is completed.

I've completed the unwind, so no longer a Yume shareholder.

You could be onto something there Wheeze, in which case they have been very successful.

Another thing in the F-4, 1R have been censured by the US authorities, for some material weaknesses in their financial reporting systems, which I presume they have since corrected.

But can you believe it the US have a body looking after the interests of investors and they check up on the financial systems and reports of listed companies to see that there is nothing dodgy going on?! So they had a look at 1R systems just because of this offer and found several things wrong.

WTF is wrong with us? Maybe in UK Inc the poachers and gamekeepers all went to the same public schools and they look after each other.

Ok that's all right but when the revolution comes...

He was brought in by BM,I suspect there is a shuffle coming and the Yume CRO could easily fill that gap....a very experienced officer......?

Good spotting Sikh, he was a little slow with the notifications it seems.

Well anyway it seems that great minds think alike and RG finally realised that there is unlikely to be a fairytale ending here.

gl,

according to F4, as of 30th Nov RG had 3.04%, so he must've sold majority prior to that...

Perhaps if 1R had not been in such a mad rush with these doubtful acquisitions they would have been better off.

Perk made $2m profit in April-Sept 2016 and 1R changed their minds and decided to rush in and buy them after all. Then they promptly lost $10m in H2.

Given the way the Perk share price had been sliding all year 1R might have picked them up for a pittance if they had just stood off a little longer and waited.

And as recently as June 2017 Radium were running at $18m in annual losses, so that will take some turning around.

Taking the two together could even account for the entire $8m loss that 1R made in H1.

So it looks like RG has given up and has been bailing out, down from above 6.88% to below 3%.

That seems a fairly big move, could it account for some of the recent downward pressure on the SP?

Johnny Boy has posted 16 times on here today and twice on the LSE thread - Just to make sure everyone got the sell that was not a sell. lol

All as an impartial view and in the interest of balanced debate.

I’m happy with that finish, looking very good indeed......I’m so glad I stick with fundamentals rather than judge a stock on the colour it closes......

And the apparent heavy selling caused the price to close out at the highest of the day/week.
