Result of the Annual General Meeting 2022 ("AGM")
Following the AGM held today, 25 May 2022, RHI Magnesita announces that each of the voting resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting to Shareholders, dated 13 April 2022, were passed by the requisite majority.
