Completely missing the point Northwards! I wasn't debating whether revolution Beauty had expansion/ growth potential or not! I was simply addressing your "do the numbers remark"/ trying to say that it's cheap based on a EV/ sales multiple given what was paid for BAR by W7L.My point is that given the multiple W7L paid , you could argue that REVB is fully valued based on current sales! Now if they grow in the United States of America , Japan , Italy Honduras Nigeria Nicaragua Albania Vietnam etc etc etc then the "sales" part of the EV to sales equation would change and the price would have to change to reflect that! Hope that's clear now!

Expansion in the US and Germany from January, and Boots expansion from October bedding in. These are all growth catalysts. And potentially significant ones. Plus simplification and focus on new product lines. Time will tell who is right.

I simply read RNSs & comprehend them!Not only will the FULL £7 million balance be part of the deal but W7L state in no uncertain terms that if BAR distribute ANY of the £7 million or spend any of it without W7Ls consent, W7L reserve the right to change the offer price & adjust it accordingly! I know that's not what you want to hear as it doesn't fit the REVB narrative but unfortunately thems the facts!

Why do you assume the deal included the full 7m cash on the balance sheet ? That's not normally how these deals work. Probably some working capital would have been included in the deal, but very unlikely the full 7m.

As the saying goes, you do the math."------Northwards Since you insist , Yes let's do the maths ! I've got a feeling you're not gonna like the numbers ! W7L paid £14 million for BAR but they get £7 million in net cash ! So the EV is actually around £7 million ! For that they get £17 million in sales at a 42% gross margin (similar to REVB)! So they were taken over at 0.4 x EV to sales! Let's now look at our beloved REVB. The EV is currently £65.5 (including £25.5 net debt).So based on the same takeover terms (0.4 EV to sales (forward sales are currently estimated at £160 million) REVB might be worth £65 million (or £0.5 million below current EV)! Note I'm not using the trailing 12 months sales because they included de-stocking ! But even if you used the trailing 12 months it would be £173 million or just under £71 million EV! Only a 9% higher than the current EV!

As the months continue to tick by, it feels a spurious claim. Board has also said it expects legal cost associated with the claim to fall significantly.

Look at earlier rns on 30th August and 5th Sept ...same thing happened sold 6.4 % on 30th and then bought 6.5% on 5th sept

The share price has been shot to bits. But if management delivers as they say they will, this can multi bay. I've gone against the tide and Rev is now my biggest holding.
